AWARD WINNING OFFICE KNOWS HOW TO CLOSE SALES

RE/MAX Extreme claimed a place in the ranks of the network’s top five individual offices based on transactions with the announcement of the network’s six-monthly awards. 

The Extreme team placed fifth of all Australian offices. 

Top offices for the first six months of 2023 are calculated on gross overall commissions and transaction sides per franchisee. 

RE/MAX Australia Managing Director, Joel Davoren, said ranking in the top five came down to a dedicated and cohesive group of real estate professionals. 

“This award represents consistently outstanding real estate experiences for RE/MAX Extreme clients and customers,” Mr Davoren said, “and I sincerely congratulate Brett White in his leadership role, because that role plays an immense part in this office’s achievement.”

The announcement of the awards coincided with the RMX23 national event where network members conferenced at RACV Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast. 

The multi-day program brought together top performers and industry experts who shared innovative approaches and new ideas for broker owners, agents and property managers to implement in their businesses for continued success. 

Headlining speakers included real estate influencer, coach and trainee Tom Panos, digital marketing expert Bailey Robinson, social researcher and best-selling author, Michael McQueen, CoreLogic’s Tim Lawless and Australian big wave surfer, author and ocean adventurer Mark Visser. 

“A good percentage of our top agents have had a better first six months than the year before, despite low stock and interest rate concerns,”  said Mr Davoren, “and we are still on track to see 20-plus Diamond writers generating more than $1 million each in commissions, including some Double and Triple Diamonds”
