Perth Market Snapshot for the week ending 24 June 2018

There was an eight per cent increase in sales in Perth this week, with 553 reported transactions.

This increase can be attributed to houses and unit sales increasing by seven and 30 per cent respectively, however unit sales declined by three per cent.

Listings for sale

There were 14,621 properties for sale in Perth this week, with listing volumes for houses, units, and vacant land all stable.

Listing levels this week are two per cent lower than four weeks ago and on par with levels recorded a year ago.

Perth rental market

REIWA members reported there were 8,234 properties for rent in Perth this week.

This figure is one per cent higher than four weeks ago and 24 per cent lower than the same time last year.
